Alaina Shearer is a branding expert and movement maker who never settles for the status quo. She can’t help but inspire her clients and audiences to do the same.

Alaina excels in leading founders and businesses to discover their brand truth and growth strategies – no easy feat – but one that changes their entire trajectory. Her method is holistic and rooted in a desire to create brands and content strategies that feel fit, not forced.

Currently Alaina is Head of Strategy at Good Now, her boutique brand strategy and marketing agency, and co-host of the podcast CitizenRebel. She also offers 1:1 personal brand coaching to qualified clients.

Alaina’s career has been anything but conventional.

In 2016, she launched Together Digital, a national women’s movement born from her viral story of speaking out against sexism. The community quickly grew to over 40,000 women, proving the power of unapologetic storytelling. In 2020, she carried that same fire into politics, running for the U.S. Congress.

Through her brand voice coaching she equips leaders to define their archetype, sharpen their message, and build thought leadership that wins both trust and revenue. Her agency has guided high-growth companies, nonprofits, and small businesses in uncovering their bravest and most effective positioning.
