Alaina Shearer is a branding rebel, storyteller, and movement builder who has spent two decades helping leaders and companies find their true voice. She is the Founder of Good Now, a boutique brand strategy agency, and co-host of the podcast CitizenRebel.

Alaina’s career has been anything but conventional. In 2016, she launched Together Digital, a national women’s movement born from her viral story of speaking out against harassment in tech. The community grew to over 40,000 women annually, proving the power of unapologetic storytelling. In 2020, she carried that same fire into politics, running for the U.S. Congress.

Today, Alaina helps brands, executives, and changemakers align who they are with how they show up in the world.

Through her Find Your Voice Cohorts, she equips leaders to define their archetype, sharpen their message, and build thought leadership that wins both trust and revenue. Her agency has guided high-growth companies, nonprofits, and cannabis and tech brands in uncovering their boldest positioning.

Known for her Citizen Rebel spirit: rooted in justice, courage, and creativity, Alaina is unafraid to take on tough conversations about gender equity, brand activism, and what it means to lead on the edge. She has been featured in Forbes and AdWeek, and recognized nationally for building communities that spark social and business change.

When she’s behind the mic, Alaina brings a mix of lived experience, storytelling savvy, and practical strategy. Audiences leave inspired—and armed—with the belief that finding and using your voice isn’t just brave, it’s the most powerful business tool you have.
